Unfortunately, the cleanliness was appalling. I encountered a musty odor and a filthy bathroom that left a lot to be desired. It really affected my experience negatively.

The luggage cart could seriously use a cleaning, just one is not enough!!! Noise from the bathroom exhaust fan is disruptive at night, and an elevator would be a necessity for carrying bags up those stairs!!!

Upon checking in, I encountered multiple issues in my room. The bathroom door had a large hole, and the doorknob was broken, which was quite unsettling. Despite reporting these problems immediately, they remained unresolved throughout my stay, leaving me disappointed in the lack of maintenance and attention to detail.

The super friendly staff genuinely made our stay enjoyable! The location was convenient too, but wow, the smell in the room was not good. 😟

The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV which was awesome. The bathroom had a shower and was stocked with free toiletries. Staff were super helpful. The breakfast area was nice and cozy with cheerful decor and stayed open all day. Great service throughout my stay!
